The February meeting of the Oshkosh Garden Club will feature a program on culinary herbs by local expert, Celia Josh-Sawicki. The program will begin at 6:00 p.m. at St. Andrew's Church, 1100 E. Murdock Ave. Refreshments and a business meeting will follow the program. New members and guests are always welcome.
